  • What is the Shipping Cost?
    We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the weight and size of your order.
  • What is the Return Policy?
    We acknowledge that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please note that for clothing items that are intended for sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns. On the other hand, for electronic items, we allow returns within a period of 3 days from the delivered date. We highly recommend that you carefully review our return policy before making any purchase to ensure that you are fully aware of our guidelines.
  • How does Trendspace FREE SHIPPING work?
    You can qualify for free shipping on your order by reaching the spending criteria. For customers in the US, free shipping is available on orders over $50. For international customers, free shipping is offered on orders over $185. Once you have met the spending criteria, the free shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Please note that free shipping applies only to standard shipping and excludes expedited shipping options.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
